Staten Island Advance/Jan Somma-HammelSTATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — High school and college-age volunteers are needed to help out with special needs children during Families Helping Families’ third annual “School’s Out!” party June 27 at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bloomfield.
Volunteers are needed between 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
