This workshop will provide families with an overview of proven strategies designed to address these behaviors, with a particular focus on how to understand, replace, and manage challenging behaviors in children with ASDs.PRESENTED BY:  DR. SANJA CALE, PH.D., BCBA-DAn assistant professor in the Exceptional Education Department of the College’s School of Education, Dr. Cale directs Old Westbury’s Regional Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders, one of six university-affiliated pro-grams across the state that seeks to build capacity to improve services and outcomes for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
